This portable equipment produces Oxi-Fuel flame, based on the chemical decomposition of water (H2O) into hydrogen and oxygen.
The dyomix® generator transforms water by producing an oxygen/hydrogen gas mixture.
The resulting gas is called “stoichiometric”, which allows a perfect combustion at very high temperature, without any smoke emission.
The dyomix® flame is neutral, perfect for welding operations (neither oxidizing nor reducing).
Thanks to its cleanliness and high temperature and concentration, it allows faster welding by reducing the oxidation of the parts, resulting in excellent welding quality.
There is no risk as the chemical reaction takes place instantaneously and the hydrogen produced is immediately consumed in the flame. If the flame is extinguished, the reaction that produces it also extinguishes.
